Our Command Upgrade Preparation Sessions provide an opportunity for you to refresh your knowledge on essential topics such as technical knowledge, air law, leadership, command authority, and people management. These sessions are designed to support you in preparing for command upgrade interviews, simulator assessments, and line training. Additionally, we will explore your new role as a captain through engaging discussions that aim to enhance your confidence as you transition into this important position.

The initial amount is considered a non-refundable payment for the first session and will be deducted from the total amount for the sessions if an agreement is reached
