The Smooth Airline Transition sessions are designed for new cadet pilots joining an airline, providing comprehensive one-on-one coaching sessions. Over 30 hours, these sessions cover essential subjects to ensure a seamless transition into airline operations, including detailed preparation for simulator and line training, guidance on airline-specific procedures and regulations, and a thorough understanding of operational topics.

The initial amount is considered a non-refundable payment for the first session and will be deducted from the total amount for the sessions if an agreement is reached.
